At MedAcademia Services, we are committed to providing exceptional academic support. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need a refund. Here is our comprehensive refund policy:

1. Full Refund:
   • If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not yet utilized our services.
   • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon assignments or cannot secure a clinical site placement as per the service agreement.

1. Partial Refund:
   • If only part of the service has been rendered or if there is partial completion of assignments. The refund amount will be prorated based on the services already delivered.
   • If revisions are requested and the final output still does not meet the agreed quality standards after two attempts.

1. Quality Assurance:
   • If the delivered work does not meet the specified requirements or quality standards, you are entitled to two free revisions. If the issue remains unresolved, a partial or full refund can be requested, depending on the severity of the deficiencies.

1. Exceptional Circumstances:
   • In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as personal emergencies or technical issues from our end, preventing us from delivering the service, a full or partial refund may be granted after review.
